Appreciate exceptional vistas of the ocean and pool from the enormous private terrace at this Croatan Surf Club corner end unit. Happy Days offers convenient, one-level living and an open-concept layout with tons of windows for ample natural light. There are two master suites, including one with a jetted tub and direct deck access. From the 8' x 35' covered oceanfront terrace, there is a view of the pool and the spa area. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a shared bath. All baths are finished in quarried slate with granite countertops, copper accents, and antique bronze fixtures.

The 80 ft long oceanfront pool and broad outdoor complex includes lush greenery, secluded in-ground spa area, partially shaded kids's pool area complete with "spray ground" and zero-edge wading pool, dunetop boardwalk, gazebo and shower sprays. The indoor heated pool, open year-round, is accentuated with a translucent roof, ideal to catch the sun during the day and swim under the stars at nighttime.

Other amenities for Happy Days include TVs, DVD players, WiFi, fireplace, and outdoor grille access. There are three elevators in the community for your convenience. Covered parking accepts for two cars with additional outdoor overflow parking. Located near Mile Post 7.5 on the Beach Road in Kill Devil Hills.
