This modern one level (only 5 steps to get in!) centrally located, cavernous home offers open floor concept with cathedral ceiling.
Sip your morning coffee or star gaze on covered back or front porch or savor game of cornhole in the backyard with your family or friends.

-A full Hallway bath with a tub
-An open concept living room with intelligent TV (no cable) and a full kitchen & a dinning table for 6 people.
-Back door to the deck with an outdoor furnishings

How far is the beach?
The beach is just a mile away from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we recommend driving as you do have to cross busy highway. If you decide to walk please cross the street at the designated pedestrian crossings. There are multiple complimentary parking beach accesses within a 2 min. drive. Atlantic St, Martin St, 8 th St, Clark St and Calvin St. You can also check out Ocean Bay Blv beach access that has a bathhouse.

Is There A Grille?
Unfortunately No. It gets windy here at the times and for safety reason we don’t provide a grille.

Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately the cleaning company we use does not allow late checkouts we are so sorry!

Check out instructions:
- Load and start the dishwasher
-Throw away anything in refrigerator and freezer
- Take trash from each trash can (kitchen and bathroom) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure to start the dishwasher before your checkout the cleaning company will put them away on turnover.
-Place used towels on the bathroom floor
-Lock the door and place the key back in the lockbox
-Please let us know when you leave

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
