Bay Drive Multi-Use Path is a great community feature in this neighborhood that stretches down the sound front with multiple community sound accesses, boat launch, community pier and parking to launch a kayak. The path leads to the Wright Brothers Monument, which is a 2.6 mile bicycle ride away!

After arriving at the bungalow, walk up the cavernous wrap around decking that features water vistas across Bay Drive. The first floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with intelligent TV, powder room and the master suite with private access to the backyard. The second level has two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. There is a room in the back of the top level that joins the bedrooms and has one additional room.
