Recently refreshed, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances and charming quartz countertops. The chef in the family will appreciate the five-burner gas range and the main level's open-concept layout, where they can still socialize even while preparing meals. After a day of fun in the sun, getaway to the freshly updated primary suite that includes a private bath with jetted tub. It also features a comfortable nook with daybed - the ideal spot for reading, catching up with work or an afternoon nap. Upstairs, the ship's watch provides an alternative sleeping option along with access to an broad sun deck with vistas of the sound.

Pura Vida is within walking distance to the beautiful Bay Drive, where you'll find a multi-use path that runs for two miles along the soundside of Kill Devil Hills. It's the best place in town to walk, bicycle or simply savor a spectacular sunset while exploring the neighborhood. Launch your kayaks and other modest vessels at the close by Arch Street public sound access, just a five-min. walk away. Centrally located at Milepost 5.5 in Kill Devil Hills, you'll also be within a mile radius of coffee stores and trendy dining options such as Chili Peppers Coastal Grille, Henry's and Trio. Bring your bicycles so you can bicycle to the Helga Street public beach access located half a mile away. For guests who prefer to drive to the beach, take advantage of ample complimentary parking at the Hayman Blvd access just a mile from the home.
