Appreciate the striking vistas from the upper level porch as well an extremely short walk to private beach access (Chowan Street Beach Access). This home is a 2-story home with a dry entry. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (1st BR: 1 King bed (Master with Full Bathroom), 2nd BR: 1 Queen Bed, 3rd BR: 2 bunk beds), and a full bath. The 2nd floor includes a full bath, the kitchen with bar (seating for 5), a dining room table with seating for 6, and a living room with an upsized couch. Intelligent TV's in all 3 BRs and living room. Both levels have front and back porches, with outdoor furnishings. The top porch is partially covered and partially open for sunbathing. Outdoor furnishings is available. Enclosed outdoor shower is available under the home.

Amazing eateries close by including Chili Peppers (walking distance) and Hurricane Mo's with arguably the best Happy Hour in the OBX.

This 3 bedroom home is on stilts, no elevator access. Bed sheets and bath towels are not included and are the responsibility of the guest. Pillows and covers are supplied. Ring Spotlight Camera is installed at the front of the property for security purposes.
