Centrally located near Eateries, Shopping, the Beach, and other fun spots. Short walk to The Kill Devil Grille restaurant for dinner and/or drinks.

Savor the great outdoor space- calming out on the back deck, , grilling up delicious meals or sipping drinks and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit.

Bright sun filled kitchen includes everything you might need to prepare up great meals and entertain. The main level has 4 bedrooms with 1.5 Baths, living room, kitchen and dining area. Three of the bedrooms have a queen size bed and the 4th has bunk beds. This home has been gorgeously refreshed and has cathedral ceilings and a roomy great room.

On the ground level, underneath the home there is an outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

We supply most everything you should need for fun filled beach days (towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, beach toys, etc). So come appreciate a great beach vacation.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near theme parks and on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve.   • In the Kill Devil Hills area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
