Savor the sunsets from this pretty canal front home. With open concept living spaces, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths there is room for everybody. And don't forget your boat! The pier and dock have room for up to two boats.
On the first level of this home there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds. Single over single/ single over double. The second level has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with attached screened porch. The kitchen is supplied with pots, pans and anything you would need to prepare an fresh dinner or lunch for a picnic at the beach. A huge farmhouse table holds up to twelve people so everybody can sit together. A modest reading nook has a huge chair and ottoman with a lamp for calming. The living area has a 72 in. TV, a leather couch and two leather recliners for relaxing while looking at the water. The screened porch is the ideal spot for having coffee in the morning or a relaxing afternoon nap. The porch has a TV, couch , chairs and a ceiling fan. A sizable wrap around porch spans the entire back of the home with gorgeous vistas of the canal and harbor. There is a gas grille with all of the tools and a picnic table as well. The third level has another sizable family room with a 55" TV and plenty of games and puzzles. A media center with desk, chair with outlets are available for anyone that needs to plug in. There is an upper deck off of this room with ideal vistas of the sunset over the water. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a half bathroom. The fourth level holds the primary suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, and enormous bathroom. The bathroom has a complimentary standing shower and a jetted soaking tub. A additional to this suite is a private balcony with two lounge chairs and a view of the canal. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and TV's. There is a lot of room to play in the large backyard with a fire pit for cool evenings.

The canals are deep water and our private dock is the ideal spot for your boat. There is a boat ramp in this neighborhood available to our guests at no charge. This home comes with two kayaks and paddles for you to savor. A clean beach and park on the sound is a short drive away. It has a pavilion with picnic tables and charcoal grilles.
