LCD TVs throughout the property gives everybody a place to relax and watch a move, or appreciate a favorite show, and the foosball table and kitchenette in the rec room will keep them playing together all week! The pool area is gorgeously landscaped and offers a respite from the action in the property. Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. The fireplace is NOT operational.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Kill Devil Hills attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
