This cavernous home offers the ideal floor plan for families. Keyless entry on the ground level provides painless access into the roomy rec room with pool table, living area (with Queen sleep couch and TV) and wet bar with mini refrigerator. One level up (mid-level) you'll find 4 bedrooms (two bedrooms are masters with private bath and the other 2 share a hall bath) as well as the hot tub on the East deck. The top level includes the completely equipped kitchen, living room with flat screen HDTV, king master bedroom, decks and ocean vistas! From the top-level decks you can step up to the crows nest for even better ocean view AND vistas of the Wright Brothers Monument!
After a long day at the beach, you'll appreciate to rinse off in the outside shower right before taking a plunge in the private pool! Around the pool deck you can soak up the sun in the pool lounge chairs or savor an outdoor dinner with use of the park grille and picnic table! There is a covered carport for one car, but the uncovered driveway can hold an additional 4 cars. The nearest beach access is 350 yards South at Asheville Street which is less than a 5 min. walk on the beach road. Asheville Street beach access is lifeguarded during the Summer season and offers shower/rinse area and paved parking (with handicap parking).
Boss's Playhouse is centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at Milepost 7.5 and is within walking distance to eateries, stores and Food Lion grocery store! The Wright Brothers Memorial is less than 1 mile away and you have a handsome view of the monument from the top level! The Avalon Fishing Pier is 1.5 miles North on the beach road. Other close by attractions are movie theaters & putt-putt.
