Smooth Landing offers everything imaginable for a calming & full of entertainment OBX vacation. Roomy home in the heart of the beach with 5 bedrooms, (2 king masters, 2 qu., 1 duo bunk),4.5 baths, 3 stories, outside entertainment on every deck. We have a pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and an elevator for ease of going from one floor to another. We are located just a short walk to the beach. Located near eateries, markets, entertainment, bars, all within a walk or bicycle ride.
The space
Two roomy King suites open to a porch. Top floor King has private bath with enormous jet tub and walk in shower. Queen bedroom also opens to porch, also shares jack and jill bath with duo bunk room (double on bottom, twin on top). Queen bedroom on ground floor is tucked away off the game room. Linens are supplied and will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. House is splashed with bright colors and coastal decor'. TVs are in kings room, queen rooms, great room, and game room. We offer internet services with some cable tv and streaming. We accept dogs with a pet fee. min. 2 dogs, under 60 lbs. There are certain breeds we are unable to accept.
Guest access
There is an electronic lockbox on the ground floor entry in the carport. A code will be sent prior to arrival.
