Ocean view condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub, indoor pool & hot tub, exercise center, outside balcony w/view of the ocean, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furnishings. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a top floor unit single floor 1500sqft condo with 3 bed rooms (2 king beds and a queen)and 3 full bathrooms. Full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.

About the Area

Located in Dare County, this condo is on the beach. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Avalon Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun are also worth visiting.
