This modren condo fronts the Beach Road (guests will cross the 2 lane beach road to access the beach). Located on the first floor, you are in the heart of "downtown" Kill Devil Hills and close to enchanting eateries, stores and area attractions. There are 3 public beach accesses close by. TVs, DVD player, WiFi, and a huge covered patio.

Need a change of pace from the surf and sand during your stay? No problem... guests have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sq ft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - ideal fun for the entire family!
