This fresh condo fronts the Beach Road (guests will cross the 2 lane beach road to access the beach). Located on the first floor, you are in the heart of "downtown" Kill Devil Hills and close to elegant eateries, stores and area attractions. There are 3 public beach accesses close by. TVs, DVD player, WiFi, and a sizable covered patio.

Need a change of pace from the surf and sand during your stay? No problem... guests have access to the Outer Banks YMCA, located in Nags Head. This 28,000 sq ft. facility offers activities for youth, teens and adults of all ages - ideal fun for the entire family! Savor the outdoor pool and water park, a 25-meter indoor pool and sauna, exercise center with state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment, group exercise including spinning, interactive zone with video game-based equipment, massage therapy and hot tub, racquetball courts, skate park and full court gymnasium available for basketball.

Can’t stay an entire week? Under The Boardwalk is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-nighttime minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Avoid the weekend traffic by choosing any day of the week for check-in and check-out.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Destination Fun and OBX Laser Tag.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To book the best rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Kill Devil Hills restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
