Welcome to Coast Time by KEES Vacations!
Croatan Surf Club will make you feel like you are at your own private, exclusive resort, with both indoor and outdoor community pools for year-round enjoyment. That combined with the great vistas, and you won't want to leave! You will be staying in a 2-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom, two-level condo just steps from the beach, convenient for a morning or evening beach walk and perhaps (if you're up early enough!) the opportunity to catch a gorgeous Outer Banks sunrise over the ocean! This property is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, close to shopping, eateries, nightlife, and the Wright Brothers Monument.
The second level is where you will find yourself appreciating the pretty living space which includes a sizable sectional, expandable dining table, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, and a full bathroom. Right off of the living space is a deck with plenty of seating for enjoying your morning coffee or an after-dinner drink. On those chillier nights, feel complimentary to use the electric fireplace to warm you up or just use it for ambiance. (The remote is in the unit and is needed to operate the fireplace.)
The broad first level includes two King En Suites at opposite ends of the hallway (providing plenty of privacy) as well as a washer and dryer. Both of the King Bedrooms have access to the enormous, private decks accepting you to roll out of bed, step outside and appreciate the smell of fresh, ocean air!
The outdoor oceanfront pools and secluded/rejuvenating spa, kiddie pool, and outdoor playground are sure to please all. At the Croatan Surf Club, you will also be able to savor an indoor community pool and spa which is open all year round! Other amenities include an exercise room and a BBQ grille area for the grille masters in the group.
