Ocean Front Condo in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina is in the heart of the OBX. You get a feeling of privacy in this modest condo complex. All you have to do is come and savor all there is to offer. There are 2 bedrooms with new carpeting. The Master bedroom has 2 closets, 1 with a vanity area. The 2 bathrooms downstairs with all new Vanities, lighting and floor. All new 2018 heating and air, Water heater, windows, siding, roof and decks. Comes completely furnished as pictured. Bed linens are included, please bring your own towels. There are eateries and shopping all around. Walk to dinner or enjoy a nice bicycle ride. Local attractions so close you can see them from the dune deck: Wright Brothers memorial, Nags head Woods nature Preserve, Nags Head Fishing Pier to the south and Avalon Fishing Pier to the north. Also close by are, Jockey's Ridge and Jeanette's Pier.
