Cavernous decks, walls of windows & a top-level sun room. Open concept living area on top level with impressive vistas of the harbor. Elevator accepts for painless transport between the 3 floors. Located near the mouth of the harbor, deep canal will accommodate sizable sail/power boats. Private dock. Boat launch at Colington Marina for $25. Four season room located on bottom level with hot tub, unfinished bar area and full size refrigerator.
