The downstairs kitchenette provides space for snacks/drinks, while the outfitted upstairs kitchen is ready for a chef to prepare some delicious meals! When you're ready for bed, tumble into one of the four bedrooms. The morning sun will rise with you when you appreciate your coffee on the screened in porch.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Home to the famed first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a handsome and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local businesses, or spend the day on the handsome OBX beaches!

The outdoor shower at the property is not functional.

High speed Wifi is an luxury that is included at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Outlets Nags Head. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting.

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation.
