(about 2.8-miles) away with paved parking, a bathhouse, and a lifeguard!

You'll find plenty of parking in the driveway and a covered carport. Appreciate simple loading and unloading thanks to the dry entry beneath the home. When you get back from the beach, a convenient outdoor shower is available for rinsing off and you can set your gear out to dry by the picnic table on the patio. Enjoy access to community amenities like an outdoor pool and waterfront boardwalk. Not to mention amazing sound front sunsets!

Located in Kill Devil Hills, Colington Pointe is a elegant sound side community tucked away from traffic for a relaxing vacation but within easy driving distance to great shopping, eateries and local attractions. Known as a great local fishing community, there are plenty of spots where the whole family can spend the day fishing or crabbing. If you don't have any luck, try Billy's Seafood Market where you can purchase fresh seafood to make in your rental that just came in off the boat! As you head towards the bypass, be sure to stop by the Wright Brothers National Monument to learn about the history of aviation. The Outer Banks Brewing Station is the ideal place to try local craft brews and grab a fast bite to eat. For dinner, try the SaltBox Café or The Colington Café.
