Seawalk Seventeen is a gorgeous semi-oceanfront condo by the sea. Located in the Seawalk Condo complex, you'll appreciate private beach access so you can feel your toes in the sand any time of day. Recently modernized and awarded with Clean Air Certifications, this home is ideal for those with allergies.

Savor a day of splashing around in the warm sun at the exclusive community pool with direct boardwalk access. Condo includes one personal covered parking space so hopping in the car is no problem, rain or shine. Entry to home also on the ground-level.

As you walk up to the main level, you will be welcomed with warm colors and plenty of fun decorations. You'll appreciate cooking up a fresh seafood dinner in the completely-supplied nautical-themed kitchen with cookie sheets, a blender, and storage rocks on the doors, making this the ideal spot for the chef in your group. The dining table with seating for 6 is the ideal place to savor your gourmet masterpiece or pull out your favorite board game for a fun rainy-day activity. Unwind in the bright living room with comfortable furnishings and enjoy your favorite show on the wall-mounted Intelligent TV. A sliding glass door takes you out to the mid-level balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and breathe in the salty air. Down the hall, a Queen Bedroom acts as a relaxing getaway when it's time to go to bed and has access to a full bathroom located in the hallway.

Upstairs, the top-level features a private balcony off an inviting King Bedroom so you can soak up the sun while appreciating pretty ocean vistas with a Roku TV for prime calming at the end of an impressive day exploring the beach. The close by bedroom with Two Single Beds is the ideal room for your kids. With a TV with Roku and seagrass blinds, this space is ideal for giving the kiddos some privacy while still keeping them close. You'll also find a functional desk and upstairs office area that offers the ideal dedicated space for those times when you've got to get some work. It really doesn't get much better than working at the beach! A full bathroom completes the top level and keeps everybody comfortable.

Located Between Two Great Towns
The Seawalk Condos are located in the ideal spot right on the border between Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head meaning you'll get to enjoy local stores and great eateries in both towns, all within a short walking or driving distance. After a fun day of playing in the waves, head over to New York Pizza Pub for lunch and try a slice of hand-tossed NY-style pizza. Head North for half a mile to Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grille to enjoy some fresh, local seafood for dinner.
