Centrally located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills! Casa de Paz or Peaceful House. Walking distance to new Publix grocery store, eateries and activities like putt-putt. Spend your days at the beach or cooking out in the roomy backyard. Well-suited for a sizable family or multiple households visiting together. One of the very few streets with pedestrian crosswalks that ensures safe crossing to the public beach access while also offering the peaceful sound side neighborhood.

The ground floor is not available to guests.

The bungalow has a rear deck overlooking a huge backyard. The yard is not fenced. We have added seating on the deck to savor time or dinner outside. Walk to the backyard to play corn hole or swing in the hammock.
