And when you're ready to head to the ocean for some fun in the sun, the Ocean Bay Boulevard beach access, with lifeguard station, handicap access, parking lot, and bathhouse, is just a 4.5-mile drive away (12 mins.).

When you arrive at this charming teal and yellow bungalow, you'll find plenty of parking in the enormous driveway. The main entrance will take you into a white and gold split entryway with stairs that will lead you up to the main living space or down to the ground floor. In the well-furnished main living area, you'll be greeted with airy cathedral ceilings which provide tons of natural light and expansive sound vistas, providing the ideal spot to relax at the end of a long day and catch the elegant sunset on the water. The living area also has a 75” 4K HD Intelligent TV for family movie nighttime! If you're looking for a place to catch up on e-mail or work remotely, directly off of the main living area is a cozy office space with access to a sizable furnished deck and vistas of the water. The home office has an electrically operated stand-up desk and separate 27” Samsung curved monitor with cable routing. The home is equipped with 400Mbs download/20Mbs upload speed in a mesh system that is available throughout the entire home AND all the way out to the dock! At the end of a long day, step out onto the entirely furnished deck with a cool drink to take in a picture ideal Outer Banks sunset over the water.

The main level is also home to a gourmet kitchen with a sizable center island, granite countertops, and prep sink with refreshed appliances, a Ninja coffee maker, two (2) ovens, and a gas stovetop, making this the ideal place to whip up a meal that will satisfy your entire event. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer, a huge walk-in pantry with plenty of storage space, and additional work space with a second monitor. The kitchen spans out into a dining area that seats 8 as well as a full size bar with a sink, granite countertops, additional full-size refrigerator, and wine cooler where you and your guests can reflect on the day with drink in hand. Down the hall is a full-size Queen Bedroom with access to the hallway bathroom and a King Master Bedroom that hosts a private bathroom with tiled shower stall and jetted tub, a 55” 4K HD Intelligent TV for catching up on your favorite shows, and sliding glass doors that lead to the furnished deck with gorgeous waterfront vistas.

Heading downstairs from the entry entrance, you'll find yourself in the game room which has a foosball table and a Multi-Williams standup arcade machine, a fun blast from the past for everybody in your group with Williams classic games like Defender, Stargate, Bubbles, Joust, Robotron, Rally X, and more, as well as Nintendo classics like Mario Bros, and Super Mario Bros, and other Classics including Ghost n Goblins, Solomon's Key, Ice Climber, Kick Rider, and more! The game room leads directly to a additional room which has two (2) twin beds and access to a covered furnished deck. Adjacent from the game room is a den with cozy furnishings, a modest library and reading space, a wet bar, flat-top electric stove, oven, and minifridge that makes it convenient to whip up an afternoon snack while taking in the vistas of the water. Down the hall is an additional Queen Bedroom with access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a King Master Bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower stall and access to a screened-in porch.
