Cedarwood has been newly modernized with fenced in yard, new floor, interior paint, firepit, new downstairs patio, & a 100' dock with a kayak platform! Bring your furbaby & take in the marvelous sunsets directly from the broad private deck... what more could anyone want?! All beds, linens, & towels are new & top quality, along with furnishings. We have considered every detail to be sure your vacation is a calming get away in your home away from home.
Our home is a charmingly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath soundfront piece of heaven. Included with your rental are 4 adult beachcruisers, 2 youth beach cruisers & a tandem kayak you can launch from the property. The 100' dock is newer as well with a kayak platform and stairs into the water. Launching the kayak is painless right from the dock! Bring your boat, Dock Street boat launch is a mile from our home. There are also 2 additional timber pilings to moor your boat for simple access. An outside shower is available with brand new showerhead and valve. We've also supplied a gas grille & firepit for your outdoor enjoyment. Our charming soundfront home is an alluring choice to vacation with its proximity to shopping, eateries, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours.
Cedarwood is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, surrounded by bicycle & walking paths and conveniently less than a mile from the beach. You can bicycle all the way to Kitty Hawk or the Wright Memorial without accessing the bypass. There are also many beach accesses with complimentary parking within a mile from the home.

Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to get the home in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a magnificant job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. If anything needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can arrange for someone to take care of it either during your stay or in preparation for our next guests, whichever your prefer. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are included in your welcome. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.
We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment accepts us to compensate our home staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in.
