As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a astounding first impression of your vacation home.

Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this marvelous resort. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this incredible resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

Every member of the family can find something to savor here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the striking Kill Devil Hills beaches.

The playful exterior will brighten your day and your spirits! At your Outer Banks vacation home, you will appreciate a true rarity on the Outer Banks - your own private 2-car enclosed garage! In addition, your three-story home features a fenced backyard with a private hot tub, plenty of comfortable furnishings and some true luxury amenities. One of these is the elevator, accessible from each level. How splendid not to have to lug your groceries and suitcases up and down the steps!

Enter this sophisticated and dramatic home on the landing between first and second levels. Take the few steps down into a fabulous den w/two comfortable couches, giant flat screen TV and a specialty checkers table. Pop a bowl of popcorn and catch up on the latest summer blockbuster here! A full bath is a great convenience.

Back upstairs to the second level and as you ascend the steps, you will walk straight into a casual dining area. Gather around the alluring wood table with seating for six as you plan the day's activities or compare adventures. The beautiful, white and stainless-steel kitchen with granite counters may just inspire a budding family chef to take a turn creating a culinary masterpiece. The breakfast bar seats three at leather stools. Down the hall a few steps to the chic and understated living room with seating for 6-8 and a flat screen TV. Classic nautical decor completes this space.

The third level of the home features three En Suites. The first features a King, the second a Queen and the third a Duo Bunk.

Guests are allowed access to the garage.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
