Beach Nest is conveniently located just a short 0.3 miles/5-min. walk to the Atlantic St. lifeguarded beach access.

Outside, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, then sear up some burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grille. A modest utility room is located on the ground level where you'll find the washer and dryer along with a spiral staircase that will take you to the main level of the home. Parking is simple and convenient thanks to room for multiple cars in the carport and driveway.

Upstairs, appreciate having your family all together on one level! The open-floor plan, cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan helps to make the space feel roomy and comfortable, yet calming.
