Bring your Boat! Charming Collington Harbor is close at hand. Launch your boat and keep in the backyard on the beach or tie to pier pilings. You are a short ride from Historic Manteo where you can dock and dine. Wake up in the morning and catch puppy drum from your back yard. Set the crab pots in the morning for a crab boil for dinner. Sail away.

Its like a handsome post card view....2 Bedrooms and a Bedroom loft, 1.5 bath home that sleeps 6, there are 3 beds and one daybed, additional clean rental for families, non smoking. Great deck area and enormous open deck. Open Family room layout downstairs with an upstairs bedroom loft with a new 42 inch LED TV.
First floor bedroom sleeps 2- one queen size with TV. Also has laundry room with washer and dryer. Great sound vistas. First floor also has sizable open layout with kitchen, eat in dining area and family room.
Lower level outdoor area has a grille and outdoor shower and washer and dryer. Outdoor Bar under the deck and a fishing cleaning table and sink. Crabs Pots and nets in the storage room.
The storage room at ground level has surfboards, multiple kayaks for one, paddle board, life vests, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers. Backyard area is your private soundfront beach!

We have plenty of beach toys for all to appreciate from surf boards to paddleboards. Several kayaks including an ocean kayak. Beach chairs, beach cabanas, tents, coolers.
Breaktaking waterfront property. The Bay borders Colington Harbour, Kill Devil Hills and the southern regions of Kitty Hawk in addition to the miles of open waters of the Albemarle sound. The Bay is a semi-circle which is protected from the expanse of the sound by the northern borders of Kitty Hawk which jet out into the water, and the southern island of Colington which also sticks out and curves north, providing the lagoon-like shape of Kitty Hawk Bay.
This is a prime location for birds and wildlife. You might see dolphins and egrets.
There are two charming eateries close by.

Located on the waterfront, this cottage is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun are also worth visiting.
