As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a marvelous first impression of your vacation home.

Every member of the family can find something to appreciate here. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this magnificent resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a convenient 1-mile drive to the handsome Kill Devil Hills beaches. Savor all the benefits of a single-family home on your Outer Banks vacation, including a garage, while also enjoying all the benefits of a resort experience!

The first level living room is filled with opulent touches, such as a couch with a chaise lounge, relaxing neutral colors, shabby chic and coastal decor. Appreciate your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen HDTV with a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the completely privacy fenced back yard, complete with a gas grille.

A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a striking center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group. This is a great space to create special meals and memories for the group, with ample counter space and the cabinets and drawers full of everything you need. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished wood table for 6 and striking, eclectic decor.

Venture upstairs to the second level which has the three bedrooms. The cavernous King En Suite features a coordinating shabby chic bedroom set and sliding glass doors out to the deck. The bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. You can also find a Queen En Suite up here. The third option you have is a Queen Bedroom.
