Centrally located beach box in the OBX on the Westside of Kill Devil Hills! One mile to beach and half a mile to the Sound (similar to a Bay) and a paved path that leads you to the Wright Brothers Memorial or into Kitty Hawk depending on what direction you go! Simple access to many eateries, groceries, and many complimentary beach accesses to choose from! Simple inside layout and a sizable outdoor area to appreciate an evening by the fire.
The space
Go up one flight of stairs to front porch. As you enter the home you arrive in the living room - continue around to the left and you access the open kitchen/dining, washer and dryer, half bath and then a back door that leads onto the back porch with propane grille! If you bare right as you enter the home this will lead you to the full bath, and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have intelligent TVs! Lots of space under the home to provide you shade to getaway to and an outdoor shower!

Everything on the property is for your enjoyment with the exception of owners closets and shed in the back yard!

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is by the sea.
