This well-maintained, roomy Kill Devil Hills rental is located in The Golden Strand condo development, centrally located to all the Outer Banks has to offer (7.5-mile marker). Hidden Ocean Gem is located near the elevator, steps to the life-guarded beach where fishing is nearly always in season, and just as close to the enormous private community pool that features a gated kiddie pool.
Aside from an spectacular location, this condo unit offers plenty of natural lighting, accompanied by limited ocean vistas that are ideally positioned for ocean sunrises. The cavernous kitchen and open great room are ideal for gathering while cooking meals or calming in the living room. The great room's slider leads to a walkway deck with ocean vistas or catching an ocean breeze. The main king bedroom joins to a lock-out hallway, giving privacy to the main suite, while the hallway to the twin room has a separate bathroom as well as an open wet bar. The living room couch also pulls out into a queen sleeper couch accepting for additional guest sleeping.
Hidden Ocean Gem provides welcoming decor and a wealth of amenities such as linens/towels, high-speed WiFi, cable TV, elevator and bags lift, access to the complimentary community laundry room, charcoal grilling station with picnic area, playground, basketball area, and complimentary access to the Outer Banks Sports Club!
Being located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll be close to fashionable eateries, grocery stores, golf (including miniature golf), two fishing piers (within a few miles), water sports, and the Cineplex, as well as a short drive to historic sites like the Wright Brothers Memorial (can be seen from condo), Bodie Island Lighthouse, and so much more!
This unit also uses a keypad lockbox entry, so you can check in directly at the complex! During peak season this is a Sunday-to-Sunday rental. Off-season we have a four-nighttime minimum with Sunday check-out. Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Avalon Fishing Pier.
