The Sand Dollar is a striking 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, just steps from the beach. The Sand Dollar is located in the Seven C's community with a beach access directly behind the building, which is private to community guests for a more calming, less busy experience. This condo features an Oceanfront Community Pool, a Direct Boardwalk to the beach, covered parking, and a community elevator for simple access to the home.

Inside, The Sand Dollar has an open-concept living area with comfortable furnishings and a sizable flat-screen TV. The kitchen is entirely supplied, and has everything needed for when you're dining at home. The dining area offers seating surrounded by windows, giving you great ocean vistas while you eat. Step outside to the covered back deck for morning coffee while you watch the sunrise over the ocean, or relax with a book as you savor the fresh air and even catch vistas of the Wright Brothers Memorial. The queen master bedroom includes a private bathroom and flat-screen TV, while the second queen bedroom also has a TV and painless access to a full hallway bathroom; both bedrooms offer ocean vistas!

If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
