"Seas the Day", is a top-floor condo offering 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with handsome expansive ocean vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The private balcony offers an outdoor dining set and Adirondack chairs. The king master bedroom and a pull-out sectional in the great room are ideal for the family. The bedroom also has a new luxury bed for 2024 and a light-blocking shade in the window. Luxurious features throughout the condo, including high vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a brand-new dishwasher, fresh paint throughout, a flat-screen TV in the bedroom, and a 55" flat-screen intelligent TV in the living area. This condo also has a Keurig for coffee lovers. You will appreciate swimming in the brand-new community pool after a day of sightseeing or after an afternoon on the beach steps away. Wifi Supplied.
