The private balcony offers an outdoor dining set and Adirondack chairs. The king master bedroom and a pull-out sectional in the great room are ideal for the family. The bedroom also has a new luxury bed for 2024 and a light-blocking shade in the window. Luxurious features throughout the condo, including high vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a brand-new dishwasher, fresh paint throughout, a flat-screen TV in the bedroom, and a 55" flat-screen intelligent TV in the living area.
