Welcome to our freshly(2022) constructed home- the ideal choice to make memories with friends and family. The home is located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills at Milepost 6.5 across from the iconic Avalon Pier, you will find yourself centrally located to everything on the Outer Banks.
The back yard is completely fenced in so your fur babies can appreciate the outdoors without being on a leash. Our property is nested in an alluring location for someone who loves running, walking or cycling with a view.

Less than 1 mile walking distance to the beach, conveniently close to eateries, entertainment, golf courses, shopping and Avalon Fishing Pier.

Plenty of space to park up to 4 cars, with 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and 3 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

When you step inside the home you'll see a modern open kitchen with dinning space and the living room. Our place is entirely equipped and supplied to be your culinary home away from home, and everything in the home is brand new.

Each bedroom will provide a storage area for your belongings, along side fresh linens and towels, hangers and additional pillows and blankets. All the bathrooms will provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and some additional toiletry items, hair dryer. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, brand new bed ensuite with shower w/glass door, toilet, double sink. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 full beds and the bathroom is located on the same floor: tub/shower, vanity with sink, toilet.

All major appliances : Samsung dishwasher, Samsung Range/Oven, over the stove microwave, Samsung French Door Fridge w/ice maker + water dispenser. The coffee maker makes both carafe and k-cups. The home has wireless Internet, all the bedrooms features intelligent Samsung Tv's.

The game room is located on the first floor, has a pool table, a intelligent TV and a full bathroom with tub/shower, vanity with sink and toilet. Ground level under the home you will have access to a carport with an outdoor shower, charcoal grille + silverware.

Dogs: We adore dogs and welcome your fur babies to our place, you don’t have to leave them behind.
We only allow up to 2 dogs to our property. Our pet fee is $150 per stay per dog. When there are 2 dogs in the reservation one dog fee is processed thru Vrbo during the reservation and the fee for the second dog is billed to you separately thru Vrbo request and it has to be paid the day before check in the latest.

For the family pets: under the kitchen sink you’ll find water/food bowls. In the game room there’s a bed for dogs too :)

When heading to the beach, don't forget to grab a cart, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler or beach towels, that we have for you in the garage.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the entire home, including the garage. In there you will also find 3 bicycles and a corn hole game to savor the outdoors.

Other things to note:

Trash/recycling collections are March - November on Tuesdays and Fridays. November - March on Tuesdays only. Please take the trash container to the street the nighttime before collections. We kindly ask not to park on the grass. Thank you :)

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Avalon Fishing Pier and Paradise Fun Park are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Scarborough Lane Shoppes. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting.
