Tucked away in a cute neighborhood, just a fast walk away from the Wright Memorial and blocks from the beach! We spent the winter renovating our home, and can't wait to welcome you and your guests! Furnishings are new, floor is new, paint is new...all for you!
The Outer Banks is a nature lover’s dream and Run Hill Nature Area is also a couple of blocks away. It's an active, migrating dune system just like Jockey's Ridge, but it's much smaller - so not as busy as Jockey's Ridge!
With the sound and the ocean close by, your stresses will be washed away. Our home is a roomy and bright, gorgeously constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway. Entering through the ground level, you will find the first living area with a TV and Roku, a additional refrigerator, and the laundry area.. Up one flight to the next level you’ll find 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The King bedroom offers a handsome private bath with a shower/tub combination. The Queen bedroom and the Twin over Full are convenient to a roomy full bath offering a tub/shower combination.
Our open kitchen is outfitted with everything you might need to appreciate meals at home with your group. We have a entirely equipped airy kitchen that joins the dining and living areas. Included are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, standard coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, range/oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The dining area offers a table that has space to seat 6+ comfortably for meals or game time. Sink into our comfortable couch or a recliner to savor your favorite movie or relax with a good book. Step through the front door to enjoy the deck that wraps the front of our home. Deck stairs offer a gate to keep your furbabies upstairs. Appreciate outdoor seating where you can savor your morning coffee or a sunset drink.

Part of ensuring the same experience for everybody relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able maintain the home in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a amazing job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome e-mail and also located on the refrigerator.
