Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this 3 bedroom, 3-bath condo offers a slice of heaven with ocean vistas and convenient access to the community pool where you can soak up the sun or cool off after a hot day at the beach. Unwind on your private balcony and appreciate ocean vistas and private decks, ideal for spotting dolphins first thing in the morning as you start your day off with a cup of coffee and the cool ocean breeze. This pet-friendly vacation rental offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

The open-concept living area is elegantly decorated and offers a comfortable space to relax after a day of playing in the surf. Prepare delicious meals in the completely-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and cookware and the dining area is ideally suited for family meals. This condo offers three comfortable bedrooms, providing ample space for your group or family. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The additional bedrooms are well-appointed, each with well-equipped bathrooms and cozy sleeping arrangements, ensuring a restful nighttime's sleep and plenty of relaxation during your vacation.

Beach Access: Appreciate the painless access to the beach by using the Community access behind the building, private to guests staying in the community.

No Smoking/Vaping, Croatan Surf Club is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in units or common areas. Dog Friendly. Animals Accepted for an additional fee.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
