Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, in the Bermuda Bay community, this pet-friendly three-bedroom, 3-and-1-half bath condo is ideal for long or short stays! Lime Splash offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all the best bars, eateries, attractions, and beaches in the Outer Banks!
The first level includes a garage, a den with a flat-screen tv, and a hot tub. Venture up to the second level where you will find the places to hang out with your group. This includes the living area, kitchen, dining space, and a half bathroom.
The sleeping areas are on the third and fourth levels. On the third level, you get to choose between a Queen En Suite or King En Suite. Up on the fourth level, there is an additional 2 Queen Bed En Suite. We are sure one of these rooms will be to your liking!
Lime Splash accepts for amazing sunset viewing and a chilled-out vacation. Cook up something hot on the gas grille, soak in the hot tub, and relax in the shade on one of the many porches. The Bermuda Bay community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this marvelous resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
Guests can discover the area and close by attractions including the Wright Brothers National Monument, the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and simple day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.
Lime Splash is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.
**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
Check-In begins at 4PM. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
