Appreciate all the benefits of residing in Kill Devil Hills, also known as the heart of the OBX. The pretty white exterior has the ideal coastal touch you hope for when staying on the best beaches of NC! Grille up your favorite sizzling seafood filets on the propane gas grille. You can also blast some of your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth-compatible home speaker system! Even though it's a soundside home, you'll be delighted to find it's only 0.3 miles or a 3-min. drive to the nearest public beach access.
The ground-level offers the main entry and includes a laundry area for convenient mid-week washes. Outside you'll find a comfortable seating area to lounge in, as well as an outdoor shower that makes it painless to rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach!
Travel to the mid-level and discover all the common areas. The dining area offers a country table with seating for 6 and a long bench on one side that provides seating for more. White walls throughout and white cabinets in the kitchen encapsulate the theme of La Casa Blanca. The modern kitchen with quartz countertops is equipped with everything you'll need for preparing tasty coastal culinary delights, including a gourmet knife set and a Keurig/coffee pot combo. This home is located within walking distance of Bay Drive where you will find a walking/bicycle path, public boat launch and will witness the most striking sunsets over the sound that the Outer Banks offers. When you're ready to discover, stop by the Wright Brothers National Monument to learn about America's history of aviation and the first powered flight that occurred right off the local sand dunes! Afterward, swing by Lost Treasure Golf to try your luck at a fun treasure-themed mini-golf course or if it's raining, catch the latest blockbuster at the close by movie theater. Try your luck on Avalon Fishing Pier and see what kind of titans you can reel in! Also, The Outer Banks Brewing Station offers fun for the entire family! They have cornhole and acoustic performances in the huge outdoor fenced-in area most nights from 6-9 PM and live bands for the adults from 10 PM to 2 AM!

They've got it all – from fish and chips to filet mignon to shrimp and grits and everything in between.
