Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Seaside Art Gallery and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm. When to visit Kill Devil Hills & When to book:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in Kill Devil Hills. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
