A Refreshing Beach Retreat
There's no better way to refresh your spirits than spending a week with your adored ones at 'Mint Julep'. This 6-Bedroom, 4-Full Bathroom, 2-Half Bathroom is loaded with amenities. The Indoor Rec Room will surely be a kids' favorite and the wet bar will be a hit with the adults. Outside, the Private Pool* (with option to heat for additional fee) will gift days of fun in the sun to the entire family! Fire up the Gas Grille to prepare delicious seafood filets and then spend your evenings calming your cares away in the bubbly Hot Tub. In addition to the many amenities, Mint Julep is an oceanside home with partial ocean vistas that is less than a fifth of a mile away or a fast 3-min. walk from the beach! Mint Julep is also walking distance to some of the best eateries and brewery in the area. There is plenty of off-street parking with a dry entrance and a tiki ring toss game for fun family competition.
The Ground Floor holds the Recreation Room with a sizable mounted intelligent TV on the wall. An air hockey game that will offer hours of fun competition, and board games & puzzles. An additional dining table/workspace area is also on this floor. The Pyramid Bunk Bedroom gives the kids plenty of space with a twin bed on top and full on the bottom. There's also a Queen Bedroom. Both bedrooms have mounted intelligent TVs. There's a Queen sleeper couch, and a shared Hallway Bathroom. This level holds a convenient kitchenette/wet bar area to prepare poolside drinks and snacks. There's also a Laundry Area that makes middle-of-the-week washes and getting sand out of those bathing suits a breeze. In the backyard, you'll find the enormous Private Pool*, a warm bubbly LED lighted Hot Tub, and an outdoor shower, where your days and nights will be spent swimming and soaking under Outer Banks skies! Savor all the best of rest and relaxation on the concrete pool deck and appreciate the expanded yard with fake turf all the way around! Rinse off in the updated Outdoor Shower after an appealing day at the beach and relax in the evening under a sky full of stars on the wooden deck off the back of the home!
When going between levels you won't have to labor up and down the stairs -- there's an elevator to use if you prefer! The Mid-Level holds three other bedrooms including a King Master Bedroom with en-suite bath that has granite/tile in the cavernous shower, a Queen Bedroom with semi-private bath access and direct deck access, and finally, a King Bedroom that shares the Hallway Bathroom with a shower/tub combo and 2 sink vanities. There's an convenient additional half bath on this level also. All the bedrooms have mounted intelligent TVs! The Middle Level comes complete with a front and back covered porch/patio area that's ideal for exhilarating outdoor lunches! And access to outdoor stairs to front lower level.
The Top Level has handsome cathedral ceilings that will certainly catch your eye as you enter with plenty of sunlight coming in. A huge screen intelligent TV in the living area makes an ideal spot for family movie nights. There's seating for 8-10 at the Dining Room table, with additional seating for 4 at the round pub height table and 3 more at the huge kitchen island! The Kitchen comes entirely equipped with everything necessary for chef-prepared meals at home. Just a few steps up from the kitchen, you can savor a private nook and better vistas in the Shipwatch. The Top Level also holds the final bedroom -- a roomy King Master Bedroom with granite/tile ensuite bathroom and direct back deck access!
