Located at Milepost 7 in Kill Devil Hills, this beachfront townhouse is close to area shopping and dining...and only STEPS to the handsome blue Atlantic. If your idea of an OBX vacation is being close enough to hear the waves crashing, then Casa Del Sol #6 is for you.

Fantastic ocean vistas can be seen from the living room or the Oceanfront King bedroom and its sizable private balcony. Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise and then appreciate some morning coffee on your own private balcony. Who knows...you may even spot a playful dolphin or two jumping in the waves! It is the ideal setting for a really marvelous Outer Banks vacation.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is near theme parks and on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
