Minutes away from the sound, multi-use trail that runs along Bay Drive, and public gazebo dock that's ideal for watching sunsets. Cottage is in pristine condition.

Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Outer Banks Mall and Scarborough Lane Shoppes.
