This striking (non-smoking) 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow has a huge fenced in backyard and screened in back porch for that early morning coffee or afternoon drink. Backyard is sod grass with no briars! Great for modest mature families, 3 couples and/or people with difficulty climbing many steps. NO PARTY GROUPS/ NO FAMILY FAMILY PETS ! No CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES! Brand new modern kitchen that is entirely equipped. New outdoor decks and magnificent living area for the entire family to gather. Outdoor grilling and picnic table are out back for a family crab boil! . Master bedroom has it's own private entrance to the screened porch so you don't disturb your guest if you rise early for that handsome sunrise over the Atlantic. Sizable hammock that can be taken out back to soak up the sun! The outdoor shower is also connected to the screened porch so you don't have to go outside to get to it. Also, there is seating on the shaded front porch to kick back in the a.m. First home off beach road and beach access right at a lifeguard stand makes it painless to get to the sand! We are across the street from The Sea Ranch Resort.
We provide beach chairs and some toys for your beach trip. Bath linens and kitchen towels are supplied. Kitchen staples are included to get you started. Full size washer and dryer in laundry closet , clothesline out back and one on screened porch for all those wet suits and towels. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN SHEETS AND BEACH TOWELS !! If you choose to use bath towels supplied, you must allow enough time on checkout day to wash, dry and restock them on shelf before departure.
NO PETS ACCEPTED however, there are some very nice boarding facilities within mins. of the bungalow if you want your family pets close to check on.
The local YMCA is just a few miles away and offers weekly packages for an additional fee for those families wanting pool time.We are also a 20 min. drive from the new Outer Banks water park. However, you are across the street from the OCEAN!
Sandy Bottoms bright and happy decor is constantly changing. We always have a project to improve and upgrade our second home. We hope you appreciate it as much as we do!
