Looking for a bungalow with a saltwater SWIMMING POOL and a HOT-TUB that is only a short walk to the beach, but at a rate that is economical for a modest group or single family?! Look no further, this is it!! Sunny Side of Life is attractively decorated, furnished, and equipped. This home is ideal for guests looking for a really nice bungalow with a roomy swimming pool who don't want to pay for a giant bungalow with more bedrooms than you could possibly use in order to find these features.
The Sunny Side of Life offers a sizable private saltwater pool and deck space in a peaceful yet very convenient location just a very short walk to beach accesses that have lifeguards stationed close by. There is a ground level kitchenette, bathroom and one humongous bedroom just off the pool area for convenience coming and going from the home to the pool. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a cavernous kitchen/dining area and living room. There is very little traffic on this street, yet it is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills activities, with eateries, grocery stores, amusements and a huge municipal ball field and tennis courts just a short stroll away. Grab those body boards and take the short walk to the beach, about 1200ft, where you and your family can savor the Atlantic Ocean at its best. You can literally leave the car in the driveway for your entire vacation at the Sunny Side of Life!
