Check-in and check-out day is a breeze with the cargo lift that will carry all your suitcases and groceries to the top-level. Centrally located, you are just a short walk from the Avalon Pier, eateries and attractions. Ocean vistas are what it's all about, with the hot tub on its own oceanfront deck between the home and the roomy dune top deck to the beach, handsome day or nighttime! Top-Deck is IPE Brazilian wood for no splinters and high quality outdoor furnishings is on both oceanfront decks for hours of enjoyment! Vistas of the Wright Brothers Memorial in the distance from the top-level deck. You will spend all your time watching the ocean, appreciating the sunrise, soaking in the hot tub under the stars. This is a great example of location, location, location!
