Have a beachy breezy stay at “Katherine's Flip Flop”, an ocean front family-friendly location! Check-in and check-out day is a breeze with the cargo lift that will carry all your bags and groceries to the top-level. Centrally located, you are just a short walk from the Avalon Pier, eateries and attractions. Ocean vistas are what it's all about, with the hot tub on its own oceanfront deck between the home and the cavernous dune top deck to the beach, charming day or nighttime! Top-Deck is IPE Brazilian wood for no splinters and high quality outdoor furnishings is on both oceanfront decks for hours of enjoyment! Vistas of the Wright Brothers Memorial in the distance from the top-level deck. You will spend all your time watching the ocean, appreciating the sunrise, soaking in the hot tub under the stars. This is a great example of location, location, location!

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
