Sensational private "SUPER CLEAN" apartment located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills called "Sunset Surf Shack". This is a private studio apartment attached to the back of our home that has a separate door & private access to the apartment through a private stair entry with a key code door lock.
You can walk directly across the street to the sound access gazebo where you can see the sunset & launch our kayaks. The bicycle path is directly in front of our home which takes you to the Wright Brothers Memorial and many local eateries & venues. The beach is just across the street (.5 miles)with COMPLIMENTARY parking at ALL beach accesses. Our local boat ramp is a few blocks away w/complimentary parking & boat launch. Kill Devil Hills is located between all the extraordinary attractions in the Outerbanks. We are centrally located between 4 of the most fantastic lighthouses on the Outerbanks. The Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse,
Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse all with in driving distances. You can also drive to Hatteras and take the Ocracoke Ferry for complimentary for the day.
We have a separate A/C and heater unit for you to control the temperature.
We provide a newly made queen size bed & wash our comforters after each guests leaves. We also have a queen size couch bed that has an additional bed pad for comfort. Soft fluffy towels are supplied & we wash our bath mats each check in as well.
A modest cooler & ice packs are supplied as well as beach towels. We have 2 impressive Electra beach cruisers & one has a basket & a men's bicycle. The beach is a half mile across the street.
Food Lion & Publix is right down the street behind our home plus many gorgeous eateries within cycling distance.
We have a 5* bathroom with a handsome blue waterfall sink and a striking huge sized shower with impressive glass doors. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner is included.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park.
