Surrounded by palm trees swaying in the breeze, a private outdoor shower, handsome sun deck, and outdoor entertainment area complete with grille, picnic table, and refrigerator, you cannot help but to relax. Pack a picnic and walk to the beach or cruise the bicycle path to watch the sunset over the sound. No matter which direction you go, serenity will find you.

This home sits on a gorgeous street with a public beach access and lifeguard on one end, and a boat ramp and bicycle path on the sound at the other end. We are conveniently located near groceries, gas, movies, eateries, shopping and more. Appreciate fishing on the Avalon fishing pier, putt putt with a train ride, or discover the Wright Brothers Monument right down the road. Many activities are within walking and cycling distance, while all activities are only a short drive away.

This beach home includes the amenities of home. Each bedroom provides a T.V., ample pillows, and bags racks. The home provides WIFI, DVD player, washer and dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, games, picnic basket, cooler, beach chairs, three adult bicycles, a highchair, and more. There are many other amenities supplied for our guests, such as a starter paper towel roll and toilet paper, hand soap, modest soap bar, and coffee to get you started. There will be a welcome book supplied full of information to make your stay simple and calming upon arrival. We are right around the corner, available to assist with any needs you may have. Please feel complimentary to ask questions for more specifics. We provide linens for our guests. You will find freshly laundered bath towels and clean sheets folded on each bed upon arrival. The bed sizes are one king, one queen, a full, and a twin if you would like to bring your own linens.

To maintain it's beauty and quality, we do not allow events, events, family pets, or over occupancy, with No Exceptions.
