The Sandpiper Cottage is simply beautiful! This entirely refreshed canal front property is the ideal vacation stop for you and your family. With 3 cavernous bedrooms (one is a master suite!) and 2 full bathrooms you'll be the family favorite for years to come!

Your family will appreciate the open living and kitchen area complete with new granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 3, all new interior paint and a roomy sun deck. This mid-level also features the master suite with a queen size bed.

On the top level you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.

After a day at the beach, the outside shower is waiting for a fast rinse and then some relaxation on the porch while you savor the water vistas. As the evening begins to roll in appreciate a family gathering around the fire pit with some marshmallows.

This Colington Harbour home also features access to a impressive soundfront park with sandy beaches and playground, sheltered picnic areas, community swimming pools, basketball court, tennis courts, boat launch with marina, fenced dog park, and much more!
