Starting on the top floor, our home has a private master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam bed, seating area, and en-suite bathroom.

The third floor features a sizable open living room, full kitchen with bar and table seating, 6 person dining room table, half bath, huge Intelligent tv, bluetooth Bose speaker, outdoor deck with table and chairs overlooking the clubhouse and pool area.

The second floor has a second master bedroom with king size bed and memory foam bed and en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom with bunk beds and pull out trundle bed with its own en-suite bathroom.
Yes, all three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms!!
Also on this floor is the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

All new LVP floor in all living spaces and hallways.

The ground floor features a cavernous garage with air hockey table and poker table. The main parking area is a space in front of the home and a reserved spot in the parking lot. There is parking available in the garage as well. There is plenty of open area around the home for walking and playing with your family pets.

One of best parts of the Cambridge Cove community is access to the bicycle paths and trails in the area. The Wright Brothers Memorial is a 2 min. bicycle ride away. The area also has quick access to the Butterfly Garden and Arboretum, Turtle Pond, and a Disc Golf Course.

Sticking to your rental budget:

  • To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Kill Devil Hills attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
