This waterfront home has a gorgeous view of the sound as it sits high on a dune overlooking the sound. Just relax on the private pier. The sunsets are awesome!
The home has 3 bedrooms and / 2 baths with a total 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Dining table sits 8, plus 2 bar stools. It's located in the private gated community with a humongous community soundfront pool, beach, marina with a boat launch and a covered picnic area!
Go for a kayak paddle and discover the wildlife in and around the sound. Fishing is great off your own private pier as well as crabbing. Two kayaks are included.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm.
