Savor handsome vistas of the ocean right from your living room and porch! Sun Bums has a bright and roomy great room upstairs where your family can all hang out together and appreciate the vistas. Take advantage of the cool ocean breezes from either of two enormous porches. The beach is a short two min. walk.
Located in southern Kill Devil Hills, Sun Bums is close to numerous eateries, grocery stores, and other interesting stores. Ocean Atlantic Units is on the same street.
The space
Downstairs - Master with attached full bath and queen bed with sliding door to porch. Second room with a queen and sliding door to porch. Third bedroom with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. Every bedroom has a tv! There's a full bathroom off the hallway and a laundry room.
Upstairs has a cavernous, entirely outfitted kitchen open to the dining room as well as a half bath, living room with fold-out couch and an additional seating area with a good view of the ocean. Two sliding doors open up to another roomy porch.
Under the home is paved and has a nice picnic table, grille and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

About the Area
Kill Devil Hills is home to this vacation home. Seaside Art Gallery and Wright Brothers National Memorial are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm. Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
