Welcome to Summer Nights by KEES Vacations!

NEW TO KEES for 2025! Are you ready to experience an impressive vacation on the Outer Banks? Summer Nights is sure to make that happen. With the beach access so close by, a day at the beach is an simple endeavor. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, eateries, stores, and attractions are conveniently accessible. You can even see the Wright Brothers Monument from the home!

Enter the property through the second level. On this level, you will find the majority of the sleeping accommodations. Guests can choose a 2 Queen Bed Bedroom with a Semi-Private bathroom. This full bathroom shares an entrance with the hallway. They can also select from a Queen Bedroom and a Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds.

Head on up to the third level and you will instantly feel casual. The open floor plan with a view of the ocean cannot be beat. Up here, is a comfortable living area with light colored furnishings. Make some snacks for the beach in the enormous open full kitchen. The dining table seats six. Savor your lunch while you stare out at the ocean and listen to the sounds of the waves. Look closely and you may see the dolphins appreciating the Atlantic Ocean!

Grab your coffee in the morning and step outside on the huge deck to catch an extraordinary Outer Banks sunrise. For the late-nighters of the group, they may want to stay in the King bedroom on this level. For convenience, there is a full bathroom here as well.

After a day at the beach, use the enclosed outdoor shower on the first level to wash the sand off. Throw your towels into the washer and dryer also on this level.

For those who want to vacation with other family and/or friends, be sure to check out Summer Days, the sister home on the same side of the street as Summer Nights! There is plenty of parking to include boats and trailers.

Summer Nights is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

There are 4 parking spots for guests.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
