Centrally located in a peaceful, mostly year-round residential neighborhood in northern Kill Devil Hills near Kitty Hawk, this home has ocean vistas and is within walking distance to eateries, mini-golf, and a multi-use path with gazebos to savor sunsets on the sound.

This home will feel like home. Bicycle or walk to the beach at the Helga St. light or take advantage of one of the Outer Banks many complimentary, public accesses with parking all along the "beach road".

We have comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, tons of deck space including a screened in porch, bicycles, and beach gear.

Holly's is a ideal landing pad for your beach adventures. The ground-level entry from the carport features laundry facilities, a drink refrigerator, bicycles, and beach gear.

In the carport under the home is an outdoor shower, gas grille, and outdoor furnishings for hanging out while grilling.

Upstairs on the second level are 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom on this level features a queen-sized bed, the second features a king-size bed, and the third features a single over double bunk bed. All bedrooms have TVs with streaming TV.

The top-level features a living area, dining room for 6-8 people, a full kitchen, another full bathroom, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and deck and direct bathroom access.

There is also outdoor furnishings on the front deck with ocean vistas as well as a modest screened-in, covered porch off the living area for appreciating the outdoors in rainy times.

Please note that this is a vacation rental and not a hotel. (We mean that in the absolute nicest way!) You will need to roll trash carts out for trash pickup, do dishes, etc., and leave the home reasonably as you found it.

If you use the grille, please clean it before departure for the next guests. Our cleaners do not clean grilles.

We provide one set of bath towels per expected guest. We do not provide beach towels.

We provide at least the first roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Additional needs are the guests' responsibility.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Scarborough Lane Shoppes and Outer Banks Mall. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
