This splendid home away from home offers fantastic indoor and outdoor spots where you can create everlasting memories with your family and friends. Outside, you will find an inviting firepit area that will be ideal for storytelling time at nighttime. The ground-floor patio under the home provides you with a shaded spot to relax as it features a comfortable seating area right in front of a giant intelligent TV. Host summertime cookouts using the included gas grille. There is nothing like rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach - the home also offers an enclosed outdoor shower for added convenience! And if you need some time on your own, grab a favorite book or your headphones and head to the shaded hammock.

When it comes to indoor living, the home features a breezy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably on the couches and stream your favorite movie or show on the intelligent TV with streaming services. If you are visiting during the winter, the electric fireplace will keep you nice and toasty. Surprise your family and friends with delicious homemade meals and treats prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. From this level, you can access a screened porch, which opens to a bigger back deck. The lower level hosts a cozy family room with a intelligent TV, an additional full-size refrigerator for storage, a foosball table, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer, a sink, and a dog crate.

Sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms on the main level. The primary suite enjoys a intelligent TV and an en suite bathroom.
